What the job looks like?


The Regional Marketing Manager will have the chance to:

  • Develop, manage and execute a localized marketing strategy. 
  • Manage relationships with various marketing agencies 
  • Report to the CMO and assist with any other localized tasks as and when required.  
  • Coordinate marketing tasks with various internal departments such as compliance and sales 
  • Manage African social media channels 
  • Manage influencer relationships.  
  • Constantly monitor and report on competitor activity 
  • Coordinate PR activities for your region together with our PR agency 
  • Coordinate local events and expo’s with our event manager. 
  • Suggest new ideas and constantly stay on top of new developments and technologies


What will you need to be able to do the job?

  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a marketing manager, preferably in the Financial Services Industry. 
  • Experience advertising across a wide variety of channels a big plus.  
  • Marketing degree considered a big advantage 
  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Ability to work quickly, independently and accurately. Attention to detail is critical. 
  • Positive can-do attitude. 
  • High level of work-ethic. 
  • Excellent team player.
